    Nothing better to start the day than with a nourishing glass of juice right? Besides eating nutritious fruits and veggies I also love to drink them. It's an easy way to get your dose of vitamins without having to eat a ton of it at once. So this juice comes in handy, because you can prepare it ahead and have on hand for a quick pick-me-up. It's also a great on-the-go snack for busy mornings or beating that afternoon slump. The best part? This juice is super easy and quick to prepare, so you're gonna have a delicious dose of vitamins ready in just five minutes.

    Having a freshly made drink on hand makes it easy to get a variety of nourishing benefits all at once by combining different fruits and vegetables. Each of them being a rockstar in its on right if you would search for the best lead in a vitamin band.     Carrots - beta carotine, vitamin K, fiber, antioxidants, fiber, potassium

    Equipment

    • Juicer

    Ingredients
      

    • 5 carrots
    • 3 oranges
    • 2 apples
    • 1 lemon
    • thumb piece fresh ginger (peeled)
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

    Instructions
     

    • Cut the oranges and lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
    • Core the apple and cut into quarters. Cut off the ends of the carrots and roughly chop.
    • Juice the apple, carrots and ginger according to the instructions of the juicer model.
    • Pour the citrus juices and other juice into a bottle and add turmeric powder. Give it a good shake and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
