Ingredients
- 5 carrots
- 3 oranges
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- thumb piece fresh ginger (peeled)
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Instructions
- Cut the oranges and lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- Core the apple and cut into quarters. Cut off the ends of the carrots and roughly chop.
- Juice the apple, carrots and ginger according to the instructions of the juicer model.
- Pour the citrus juices and other juice into a bottle and add turmeric powder. Give it a good shake and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
