Yes, you can whip up all these recipes in under an hour and have it on hand for a busy week. Keep chia seed pudding and jam in the fridge for up to one week.

    Ingredients
      

    • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
    • 200 ml plant-based milk (1 cup) (e.g.almond, oat, hazelnut)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon agave nectar
    • 4 tablespoon Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam (Recipe linked below)

    Instructions
     

    • In a sealable jar, mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and agave nectar. Stir or shake a couple of times so the chia seeds don’t clump up. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
    • Put in a bowl or jar and mix with the Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam. Top with fresh berries as well as granola and enjoy your berrylicious treat.
    • Keep in the fridge for up to one week. Store chia seed pudding separately from the jam and toppings when storing.
