Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Protein Bites
These easy Frozen Strawberry Yoghurt Protein Bites are a perfect cold treat when it is hot outside. Made with only three ingredients, they are high in protein, low in carbs, gluten-free and refined sugar-free.

- 150 g strawberries (or other fruit) ⅔ cup
- 250 g Greek yoghurt 1 cup
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
Remove the stems from the strawberries and quarter them. Add the strawberries, Greek yoghurt, honey and to a bowl and mix to combine.
Transfer the yoghurt mixture into an ice cube tray and fill each cavity evenly. Carefully place the ice cube tray in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight until frozen solid.
Once frozen, pop the frozen yoghurt bites out of the tray, let them soften for a couple of minutes and enjoy.
- These Greek yoghurt bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- You can also use a 12-cube ice cube tray instead of a 24-cube tray like I did in this recipe.
