Equipment

  • bowl
  • spoon
  • ice cube tray (with lid if possible)

Ingredients

  • 150 g strawberries (or other fruit) ⅔ cup
  • 250 g Greek yoghurt 1 cup
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the strawberries and quarter them. Add the strawberries, Greek yoghurt, honey and to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Transfer the yoghurt mixture into an ice cube tray and fill each cavity evenly. Carefully place the ice cube tray in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight until frozen solid.
  • Once frozen, pop the frozen yoghurt bites out of the tray, let them soften for a couple of minutes and enjoy.

Notes

  • These Greek yoghurt bites can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • You can also use a 12-cube ice cube tray instead of a 24-cube tray like I did in this recipe.
