Easy Baked Sweet Potato Chips
These Easy Baked Sweet Potato Chips are the perfect healthy party snack for Super Bowl night and beyond. Serve with cocktail sauce, sour cream or salsa for the ultimate balanced indulgence.
- 1-2 sweet potatoes (350 g / 0.8 lb sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- sweet paprika
- cayenne pepper
- curry powder
Wash sweet potatoes under cold water and pat dry. Slice them really thin, with either a slicer or mandolin.
Put sweet potato chips in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil and salt and mix well. Arrange on two baking sheets, keeping space between every slice.
Bake for about 15 minutes until tender and crispy. Turn chips after half the baking time to ensure they are evenly baked.
Take out the oven and sprinkle with spices and herbs of choice. Serve warm or cold with dips and enjoy!
