Pomegranate Mimosa

This bubbly and fruity Pomegranate Mimosa is a delicious spin on the classic cocktail. Made with Lillet Rosé, pomegranate, and filled up with sparkling wine, it is the perfect drink to ring in the New Year.

  • 40 ml Lillet Rosé (1.3 oz)
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 200 ml sparkling wine (6.8 oz)


  • rosemary sprigs


  • Cut the pomegranate in half, squeeze out the juice and remove the seeds.
  • Measure Lillet Rosé, pomegranate juice and divide into two champagne glasses or coupes.
  • Fill up with sparkling wine, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
