Instructions
Cut the pomegranate in half, squeeze out the juice and remove the seeds.
Measure Lillet Rosé, pomegranate juice and divide into two champagne glasses or coupes.
Fill up with sparkling wine, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
