Watermelon Cardamom Granita

- 1 watermelon (~ 1,2kg / 2.6 lb)
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
Cut off the watermelon rind. Roughly chop and pick out the seeds. Put watermelon chucks into a blender.
Juice lime and add to blender along with agave nectar and cardamom. Blend until pureed.
Pour in a container and placein the freezer. Scrape with a fork every hour for the first 2-3 hours to loosen the mixture and get that snowy consistency. Continue to freeze until the desired consistency is reached (~ 5-6 hours).
Take out the freezer, scrape into bowls or glasses with a fork and serve.
