Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 200 ml plant-based milk (1 cup) (e.g.almond, oat, hazelnut)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon agave nectar
  • 4 tablespoon Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam (Recipe linked below)

Instructions

  • In a sealable jar, mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and agave nectar. Stir or shake a couple of times so the chia seeds don’t clump up. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
  • Put in a bowl or jar and mix with the Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam. Top with fresh berries as well as granola and enjoy your berrylicious treat.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to one week. Store chia seed pudding separately from the jam and toppings when storing.
