- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 200 ml plant-based milk (1 cup) (e.g.almond, oat, hazelnut)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon agave nectar
- 4 tablespoon Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam (Recipe linked below)
In a sealable jar, mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract and agave nectar. Stir or shake a couple of times so the chia seeds don’t clump up. Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
Put in a bowl or jar and mix with the Raspberry Orange Chia Seed Jam. Top with fresh berries as well as granola and enjoy your berrylicious treat.
Keep in the fridge for up to one week. Store chia seed pudding separately from the jam and toppings when storing.
