This deliciously healthy 2 ingredient fudge is prepared in just a few minutes while the freezer does the rest. The best part? It is sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan.

- 250 g natural peanut butter (1 cup)
- 4 tablespoon coconut oil
- flaky sea salt (optional)
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove if solid.
Mix the peanut butter and coconut oil in a bowl with a whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a small baking pan or container. Place in the freezer and freeze for about an hour or until firm.
Remove the fudge from the freezer, cut it into 12 squares and serve.
- Use refined coconut oil – It is neutral flavour and won't take away from the peanut butter taste.
- Keep in the freezer – This fudge melts fast, so take it out just a few minutes before eating and put the fudge pieces into the freezer again.
