Crunchy Berry and Yoghurt Parfait

This Crunchy Berry and Yoghurt Parfait is the healthy breakfast that keeps on giving. Change the fruits up to your liking and add additional toppings like chia seeds, flax seeds or nuts to make this your own.

Ingredients

  • 275 g yoghurt (1 ½ cups) or plant-based option
  • 125 g berries (1 cup)
  • 4 tablespoon granola (see recipe notes)

Instructions

  • Mash half the berries with a fork.
  • Layer yoghurt, mashed fruit and granola in two glasses. Top with berries and granola, and add other toppings of choice if you like and serve.
